$810 – Shared: Two bedroom suite, each room w/king bed, one bath
$200 – Nonparticipant Fee in Standard Room Only (queen bed)
Deposits are applied as a pre-payment of tuition and accommodations. Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the start of the workshop are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. After that date, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the spot is filled. If the spot is filled, only the $75 cancellation fee will apply.
Due to the limited number of participants allowed per workshop, we must strictly adhere to this policy. We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellations or sessions missed for any reason including illness, emergencies, weather or events beyond our control. Thank you for your cooperation. The Cornwall Inn is a classic country inn with 13 unique and comfortable guest rooms. All rooms have private bath, cable tv, in-season a/c, telephones and free wireless access. If you require a ground floor room, it is important to let us know upon enrollment. It may not be possible to change your room at a later date. Specific room requests are strongly considered but are not guaranteed. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
8 rooms have one bed (queen or king) suitable for single occupancy or guests comfortable sharing a bed. 4 rooms have two beds suitable for double occupancy. 1 two bedroom suite (each room has a king bed) is also suitable for double occupancy. Double occupancy is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Come hungry. Meals are an important part of this special experience. Not only will you enjoy delicious meals…you will help prepare them!
Included in the tuition are: Wine & Cheese Reception; (3) Hearty Continental Breakfast; (3) Buffet or Boxed Lunches; (2) Sit down three-course dinners. We will email you dinner options and request that you pre-order your dinner choices. Workshop Package Rate also includes taxes and restaurant gratuities. Please be reminded to let us know of any dietary restrictions, in advanced so that we can accommodate you.
Workshop Package Rate does NOT include alcoholic beverages (except wine served at wine & cheese reception). A full bar and wine list will be available each night. Participants will pay for her/his alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities at the end of each night.
All art supplies and a custom bound sketchbook/cookbook will be supplied. Art supplies include a watercolor travel kit, brushes, papers, pens, tools and mixed media materials. You will be illustrating your cookbook with a variety of media. You are welcome to bring your own art supplies, as well.
All necessary cooking tools will be available for your use. You are welcomed to bring your own tools, but please note that you will be responsible for cleaning and storing those items.
